Fiber Dealer Sales Management
The difference between a sales crew and a sales dealer is the back office. Velocity One runs dealer operations on our own software platform: every order tracked through nine pipeline stages, every remittance line reconciled to a specific order, every clawback accounted for.
The order pipeline, stage by stage
Every order moves through an explicit lifecycle, from submitted through approved, scheduled, completed, and paid, with cancellations and clawbacks tracked as first-class outcomes, not deleted rows. That discipline is why every production figure we publish, on this site and in our benchmark report, can be audited: the pipeline never lets a bad outcome quietly disappear.
Reconciliation: your numbers and ours always match
- Remittance matching. Your payment files are imported line-by-line and matched to orders by order number, with fuzzy-match review for exceptions. A large share of our order book carries line-item confirmation directly from provider payment files.
- Clawback handling. Early cancels claw back rep commissions automatically through the same pipeline. Reps are paid on durable customers, which aligns everyone with your churn goals.
- Integrity checks. Automated nightly jobs audit the book for anomalies (duplicate orders, stage regressions, unmatched payments) and report them before you'd ever notice.
Reporting you don't have to ask for
Nightly deployment reports (orders, doors, conversations per rep), weekly reconciliation summaries, and morning market recaps are generated automatically by our platform. Your team gets numbers on a schedule, not on request.
Why this matters when choosing a dealer
Fiber providers usually evaluate dealers on headcount and swagger. The failures come from the back office: orders that never reconcile, commission disputes that leak into your CSR queue, churn hidden until the clawback window closes. We built the operations layer first. The selling teams stand on top of it.More on evaluating dealers →
