Fiber Sales Rep Training
You don't need sales experience to sell fiber. You need training that actually trains. Ours runs in two phases: a short, dense classroom foundation, then two weeks of doors with a team lead coaching you live. Most new reps close their first orders in week one.
Phase 1: The foundation
- Product. What fiber actually is, how it differs from cable at the infrastructure level, and how to explain it in plain language a homeowner trusts.
- The pitch. Our doorstep structure: approach, discovery, tailored pitch, close. You'll drill it until it's yours, not a script you recite.
- Objections. The five you'll hear daily and the honest answers to each. No tricks, no pressure tactics.
- Compliance. Permits, disclosures, do-not-knock rules, and truthful representation. Non-negotiable, tested, enforced.
- Tools. The canvassing app (your live territory map), order entry, and your numbers dashboard.
Phase 2: The field
Doors are the only place selling is truly learned. Your first two weeks pair you with a team lead: they demonstrate, you attempt, they debrief, door by door, day by day. You'll get territory with real opportunity, not scraps, because your production matters to the whole team's numbers from day one.
Then it never really stops
- Morning huddles: yesterday's numbers, today's territory, one skill focus.
- Live leaderboards: knocks, conversations, and orders visible to the whole team.
- 1-on-1 coaching: your team lead reviews your funnel weekly. If knocks are high and conversations low, we fix the approach; conversations high and closes low, we fix the pitch.
- Blitz immersion: travel deployments put you shoulder-to-shoulder with our best closers for two weeks. Reps come back different.
Does it work?
100+ reps recruited, trained, and deployed since Feb 2026; blitz teams averaging 3.3 orders per rep per selling day across our 2026 deployments across 14 markets (methodology). Many of our team leads started with zero sales background. The system is the point: follow it and the results follow.
