Fiber Sales Blitz Teams
A blitz is one to two weeks of concentrated door-to-door coverage by experienced travel reps. It's the fastest way to convert a fiber footprint. Across all of our 2026 blitz deployments, reps averaged 3.3 orders per rep per selling day.
Why the blitz format works
Blitz teams travel together, compete on a live leaderboard, and work the doors hard for a compressed window. The format concentrates three multipliers: experienced closers (travel reps are our proven performers), team energy (nightly numbers, real competition), and neighborhood momentum. When three houses on a street sign up in a week, the fourth conversation starts differently.
What a blitz week looks like
- Before arrival: footprint mapped, territories cut, targeted ads warming the market, offer and compliance briefing done.
- Daily: morning huddle, assigned turf, afternoon-to-dusk prime knocking hours, orders entered same-day, nightly team report to you automatically.
- After: full accounting of doors, conversations, and orders; follow-up plan for callbacks and not-homes; optional hand-off to a sustained local team.

Blitz, local team, or both?
Blitzes excel at launches and coverage pushes; sustained local teams excel at penetration grind and callbacks. Most of our best market results, like Martinsburg / Charles Town, came from blitzes to open the market followed by a local team to compound it.
