You cannot build a professional on guesswork.

A professional knows their numbers. A professional gets better on purpose, because someone can show them exactly where the funnel leaks. A professional gets paid on a statement they can read, not a number they have to take on faith. None of that is possible when the knock lives in one app, the order in another, and the paycheck in a manager's head.

So we wrote the software ourselves, starting with what a rep needs on day one and ending with what a fiber provider needs to trust us with a market. Every tool below feeds the same database, which is also the database every figure on this site is measured from.

Velocity One University.

Our own training platform, so nobody learns the pitch by getting it wrong on a real porch. The curriculum is a single ordered path: mindset, then the product, then the pitch, then closing, then working an area. Managers get their own track on top.

Video you actually watch

Modules unlock in order. Credit only accrues from real forward playback, so "I finished training" means something. Videos download for offline so you can study between doors or on a plane.

A quiz after every video

Short knowledge checks turn watching into recall. Unlimited retries, and the video does not count as complete until you pass.

AI roleplay homeowners

Practice against a simulated homeowner with a personality, real field objections, and a difficulty setting. Take it as a typed conversation or as a live spoken call. Every attempt is graded on a rubric with quotes from your own transcript and the better line you could have used.

Practice is required

Sections have a practice scenario attached. You run it before the section counts as complete, so rehearsal is built into the path instead of left to willpower.

Final test and certificate

One shared final scenario so the bar is the same for everyone. Pass it and you earn a certificate. Your manager sees every attempt, with the feedback, and the result lands on your file in the ops platform.

Coaching from data

Managers see where reps stall, which videos people abandon, and who has not logged in for a week. A stalled rep gets a nudge with a link to the next lesson, and their manager hears about it.

V1 Canvass.

Our door-knocking app, built for one hand on a phone in the sun. Every serviceable address is a dot on the map, every door remembers what happened last time, and every knock is logged the moment it happens. 3,000,000+ homes have been mapped across the platforms our teams run on.

Knock only doors that can buy

The provider's serviceability file becomes the map. Green is unknocked, blue is already a customer, and color changes as you work. A competition layer shows which blocks have no fiber rival yet, so you knock where you win first.

Every door has a memory

Tap a house and see its full history: who knocked, what was said, the callback that was promised. Apartment buildings expand into a door per unit, so a 24-unit building is 24 tracked conversations.

Territory that follows the door

Managers draw territory on the map and assign it in one step. History stays with the address, never the rep, so a fresh rep on old turf starts with notes instead of a cold street.

Callbacks you actually keep

An interested door prompts a scheduled return visit that syncs to your own calendar. "Come back Tuesday" becomes an appointment, not a hope.

Your rates, by the hour

Doors per hour, conversation rate, and orders, charted across the day so you and your team lead can see exactly when your pace drops. Every knock carries a GPS point, and your day replays as a trail on the map.

Live board and leaderboards

A wall board shows who is on the doors right now and orders as they land. Leaderboards rank any metric over any range, and competitions run on the same numbers. Works offline too: knocks queue up in a dead zone and post when signal returns.

The rep dashboard.

velocityrep.com is where an order becomes a paycheck, and where you can see every step in between. It is the same system our managers, our provider partners, and our payroll run on, so there is one version of the truth.

Submit from the porch

Enter the order from your phone before you walk to the next door, or photograph the confirmation and let the system read it. Address validation, duplicate checks, and market routing happen automatically.

Watch it move

Every order shows its stage: submitted, appointment scheduled, completed, provider paid, rep paid. You always know where an order sits and what is still in flight.

What changed your check

Each payment expands into a line-by-line statement: your orders, split credit, team overrides, bonuses, and any deduction, ending in the amount paid to you. A downloadable statement for every run. If something does not add up, it shows up in red instead of quietly disappearing.

One screen, both sides

Your manager can open the exact view you see. A pay question is a conversation over a shared record, not a negotiation over two different spreadsheets. Your commission tier locks to the sale date, so a promotion pays correctly on both sides of it.

Ranked on effort

The company leaderboard ranks by orders submitted, on purpose, so this week's work outranks last quarter's pipeline. Your progress page tracks your tier and your fast-start milestones.

The nightly report

Every blitz gets an automated end-of-day sheet: per-rep orders, doors, conversations, hours, and hourly shape, sent to the trip manager. It even cross-checks doors marked sold on the map against orders in the dashboard and messages you the ones you forgot to log.

What this does to a rep.

01

Measured

Knocks, conversations, orders, and hours are logged as they happen, not remembered at dinner. You know your real numbers, and so does the person coaching you.

02

Coached

When a rep's day sags at 3 p.m., the chart shows it. When a roleplay goes sideways, the grade quotes the line. Coaching becomes specific, and specific coaching is what turns a good month into a career.

03

Paid straight

Every dollar is itemized down to the order, and every deduction names its reason. Reps who trust their paycheck stay, and reps who stay become professionals.

04

Respected

Fiber providers get order-by-order reconciliation against their own records and a nightly report they can audit. When the numbers are that clean, the people producing them get treated like professionals. That is the whole idea.

Sell on it, or partner on it.

Reps get the tools from day one. Providers get a channel they can audit line by line.
