Velocity One is a U.S. door-to-door fiber internet sales organization. We recruit, train, deploy, and manage field sales teams that sell fiber-to-the-home service on behalf of broadband providers.

Who we are.

Velocity One Group LLC, operating as Velocity One at velocityonesales.com and as FiberCareers at fibercareers.com, was founded in January 2026 by Miles Winger and Jared Winger. It is headquartered in Vineyard, Utah, with field operations rooted in Martinsburg, West Virginia, the Eastern Panhandle market where the company got its start.

Since then we've launched or contracted 20+ fiber markets across 15 states, from West Virginia and Maryland to Massachusetts, Florida, Ohio, and Colorado, selling on behalf of 8 fiber providers, from regional FTTH builders to national overbuilders.

We run the entire field channel: recruiting, training, territory management, payroll, compliance, and reporting, on an operations platform we built ourselves, where every knock and order is tracked and reconciled against provider records.
