Velocity One is a U.S. door-to-door fiber internet sales organization. We recruit, train, deploy, and manage field sales teams that sell fiber-to-the-home service on behalf of broadband providers.
Velocity One Group LLC is headquartered in Highland, Utah, with field operations rooted in Martinsburg, West Virginia, the Eastern Panhandle market where we closed our first customer order in Feb 2026.
Since then we've launched 14 fiber markets across 9 states (West Virginia, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Ohio, Colorado, and Massachusetts), selling on behalf of 7 fiber providers, from regional FTTH builders to national overbuilders.
We run the entire field channel: recruiting, training, territory management, payroll, compliance, and reporting, on an operations platform we built ourselves, where every knock, order, and install is tracked and reconciled against provider records.

We track doors, conversations, orders, installs, and cancels per rep, per day, per market, and publish the definitions. If we claim it, we can show the query behind it.
Reps are paid on installed, retained customers, so setting honest expectations at the door is built into the compensation plan itself.
Most of our leaders started at the door with no sales background. We built the company to be a launchpad: earn here, learn here, then run something.
